Header manufacture and installation
we were called to a breakdown of a header leaking which turned out to be a lamating fracture on the steel body.
after speaking with the customer we were instructed to replace the failing valves,steam trap and manufacture a header to the same spec as before but with inspection blanks.
header was manufactured in 3 days to a high spec and then installed over a weekend to minimise intruption on the working plant.
